During the last week, we held our traditional end-of-year lunches in Burzaco and Zárate.
On November 13 and 14, the TLAC 2025 Inclusion Conference was held at Toyota's plant in Sorocaba, Brazil.
In the second half of the year, 33 female high school students from Zárate and Campana participated in the “Girls in Engineering” program, an initiative by the National Technological University with Guidi´s support in order to foster young women's integration into the workforce.

During the recent Toyota Latin America & Caribbean (TLAC) Supplier Convention, Guidi’s President, Carolina Castro, along with CEO Fernando Castro, received the Toyota Motor Corporation Regional Contribution.
As part of the Automate 2025 Fair held in Michigan, USA, a team from the Engineering departments of both plants traveled to explore the latest advancements in technology and automation within the automotive industry.
