Guidi took part in the 2025 Job Fair organized by the National Technological University – Delta Regional Faculty (UTN Campana). During the event, young people from various local schools visited the company’s stand and spoke with the Human Resources team about opportunities for those just beginning their careers in the labor market. Rocío Stivanello, Guidi’s HR Analyst, stated: “It was an excellent day to connect with future industry professionals and discuss the challenges and opportunities offered by the automotive and metallurgical sectors.” She added, “We thank UTN for the invitation, and we appreciate all the students and young visitors who approached our stand with enthusiasm, questions, and great interest.”
This activity reinforces Guidi’s commitment to education and the professional development of young people. Currently, the company offers vocational internships for technical school and tertiary institute students, student internships for university-level students, and plant visits by educational institutions, among other initiatives.
