Guidi is an Argentine manufacturing company, founded in 1960 by Fernand Guidi. We provide solutions and products for the automotive industry.
At Guidi, we design our processes to maximize value creation and minimize waste in our operations. Our manufacturing strategy includes manual and robotic tandem stamping lines, as well as transfer press technology. We produce parts that are later assembled in automated welding cells. We use integrated Kanban replenishment logistics flows (pull system) and maintain minimal inventory levels at every stage of the process.

La estrategia de producción contempla líneas de estampado y celdas de soldadura con flujos logísticos integrados de reposición Kanban (sistema pull) y mínimos stocks en todas las etapas del proceso.
