Throughout the first half of the year, 50 male and female students from 15 nearby schools participated in vocational internships at our plants. During these internships, students gained hands-on experience in sectors such as Production, Maintenance, Tooling, Quality, Raw Materials, Storehouse, Vtov, Engineering, SHyMA, Systems, Purchasing, Commercial, Administration, and Janitorial services, both in Zárate and Burzaco.
This initiative allows us to transmit our organizational culture and train potential collaborators through a real work experience, fostering learning and development in a professional environment. Since the program's inception in 2014, nearly 500 students have completed internships at our company.
At Guidi, we reaffirm our commitment to supporting new generations in their development and we promote collaboration between companies and educational institutions.
