The event brought together more than 30 companies from 21 countries with the aim of promoting initiatives that foster an increasingly inclusive work environment.
Throughout the event, representatives from Toyota shared action plans and sustainable practices aimed at inspiring the entire industry to replicate and strengthen initiatives focused on the inclusion of minorities. The CSR and 5S Manager, Daniela Fazzari, attended on behalf of Guidi and stated, "Such meetings are very important to share perspectives and experiences that help us strengthen our culture. We leave with concrete ideas to encourage individuals to actively contribute to fostering more comfortable, inclusive, and diverse workplaces, enhancing their capabilities."
In addition to representatives from Latin American companies, the Conference featured guests from Japan, Europe, Asia, and North America.
