Industrias Guidi is a family owned automobile part manufacturer, founded in 1960 by Fernand Guidi. It’s core business is steel stamped and welded parts. Some of it’s main products are: bumpers, reinforcements, supports, floor panels and capots.

Stamping and Welding
Industrias Guidi designs its processes looking for value maximization and waste reduction in each operation. The production process consists of stamping lines and welding cells with logistic Kanban (pull) flows and minimal stocks.

5S METHODOGY
In 2017 we have formally and gradually implemented the 5S methodology to our daily work.
5S contributes towards the visual display of out of standard deviations and facilitates the elimination of no-value activities (muda), improving quality, productivity and safety.
