Industrias Guidi shared its experience with job placement at the VIII Expo

On October 6 and 7, Industrias Guidi took part in the 8th edition of Expo Inclusión, an event that brought together companies, institutions, and job-seeking people with disabilities at the Casa de la Cultura in Adrogué (Almirante Brown).

During the event, the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team, together with the occupational therapist who supports the program, presented the work underway to promote the employment and integration of people with disabilities.

Seven young people are currently part of this initiative at Guidi. Five of them are already well established in operational roles in Welding, Stamping, Logistics, and Security/Reception, while the other two are still going through their onboarding process.

One of the most meaningful moments of the event was the participation of Ezequiel, one of the first employees to join the program. With more than three years of experience in the Logistics department at the Burzaco Plant, Ezequiel took the stage to share his story firsthand with the audience, highlighting the real and transformative impact of these policies.

In addition to speaking on the panel, Guidi representatives attended a variety of discussion sessions and workshops and visited exhibitor booths to learn from other organizations and exchange best practices.

We thank the Red de Empresas Inclusivas Argentina (Argentina Inclusive Business Network), the Municipality of Almirante Brown, the Ministry of Labor, and the Government of the Province of Buenos Aires for recognizing the work of Industrias Guidi and for continuing to support these valuable forums that promote a more equitable and inclusive workplace.
