As it does every year, Industrias Guidi attended the Jishuken Convention organized by Toyota at its Zárate Plant, which featured a total of 30 participating suppliers. We are proud to announce that, for the second year in a row, Industrias Guidi has reached the final stage, once again securing a position among the top 7 finalists.

Martín Decker and Camila Ovalle, representing the Engineering Department, presented the improvement project to Toyota executives and other members of the supplier base. The project addressed "high saturation in Welding Cell 8," proposing optimization opportunities such as innovation in projection nut welding for part 57506-KK011/21. This innovation eliminates the need for a stationary machine, allows daily customer demand to be met within two production shifts, and removes the need for previously assigned night shift hours.
This achievement was the result of interdisciplinary collaboration between the Production, Tooling, Quality, Maintenance, Mechatronics Engineering, Process Engineering, and Continuous Improvement teams. We celebrate and appreciate the commitment of all Guidi employees to maintaining the highest quality standards and their relentless pursuit of process excellence.
