In early July, the Zárate plant hosted a meeting with representatives from the International Academy for Quality (IAQ) and the Chinese Association for Quality (CAQ), as part of an activity organized by the Argentine Society for Continuous Improvement (SAMECO) aimed at sharing organizational management models.
During the event, Industrias Guidi was presented as a success story in the application of the nine-factor model (Factory Learning Experience - EAF). Carlos Pan, the company's Industrial Director, spoke in detail about the work being carried out in each area and its respective benefits.
Both the IAQ and the CAQ are internationally recognized organizations for their role in promoting Continuous Improvement among companies worldwide. SAMECO, for its part, is an Argentine organization that provides training and courses, and supports various national companies in developing programs of this kind — in this case, together with INTI.
The meeting was attended by Belén Montaldo, Vice President of SAMECO, along with members of her team; representatives from the IAQ and CAQ; and María Eugenia Lagier (INTI) as a special guest.
